  • This is just solid, isn't it? You can'T really build a deck around it, but it's cheap cycle so if there's some sort of endgame for DH this will help.

It also helps chaining stuff off Altruis

  • More card draw! MORE!

Fatigue DH meta incoming that benefits all classes!

  • This card definitely has potential if used to specifically tutor one or two outcast cards in an aggressive deck. Interesting, and looking forward to experimenting with this in Odd DH.

  • 1 mana that tutors for a powerful effect, there's no way this card isn't a staple in DH decks until it rotates, and will probably be a staple even in wild.  It's not something you're going to play on turn 1, but playing it on turn 4+ means you'll likely be able to trigger the drawn card's outcast and get strong value.

  • You can always outcast the card you draw so it's kind of cool actually if you are playing a deck that isn't high tempo you can get those outcast effects more commonly.

  • This is really good since you will always get it in the outcast position, the problem is if you draw Skull of Gul'dan when you can't cast it and don't tell me you won't run Skull of Gul'dan because I won't believe it.

  • Didn't draw your Skull of Gul'dan? Well no problem! With Double Jump not only are you nearly twice as likely to draw it, but you can guarantee the outcast discount on turn 7! Do I need to say anymore? Put it in all your Tempo Demon Hunter decks starting August 6!

  • Amazing DH card. Helps pull off the Outcast effect, and helps thin out their decks faster. But you better hope you don't accidentally pull Skull of Gul'dan with Double Jump too early into the game. Will see play in pretty much every DH deck. This also helps against the "uHh aCtuAlLl this powerfull outcast effect will NEVER go off, because the outcast effect is sometimes too hard to fulfill" argument when people rate outcast cards. So that's nice i guess.

  • Tutors are traditionally pretty good. This is 1 mana to draw 1 card, not terrible for cycling, but you are guaranteed an outcast card, so you can know exactly what this will draw you when you put it in your deck. It will definitely see play, no question about that.

  • Amazing card, though it could be redundant since DH already has such good card draw. Still, it can tutor a specific card, you can keep this in hand until you need to tutor Skull of Guldan or something

  • A nice tutor, though it might somewhat limit which outcasts you put in your deck, given that the more you have the less likely you’d be to get the one you want

  • Tutor card for skull of Gul'Dan. This can be used to find that Glide against the pesky priests faster...

    • Not bad, and I like the reference to the DH unique double-jump ability in WoW. Great way to use an outcast card.

  • It guarantees the Outcast-Trigger, but you can't really influence what you'll draw. You could maybe build a Deck that only runs Skull of Gul'dan, but then you'd lose out on so much Cards.

  • Ah yes, giving more consistency to Skull of Gul'dan. Guess Tempo DH will still have a spot in the meta.

  • I gave it 3 stars, then remembered that the Outcast card you draw can be activated right away and gave it 4 stars. This is just great.

  • This is pretty good. Of course, it's obvious that you can use the Outcast right away since it will be added to the right-most spot of your hand. But even ignoring that, it's a 1 mana draw which in and of itself is good.

  • Its actually quite useful a card, since it effectively tutors and activates an outcast card. Might find a place in control dhunters, perhaps with Glide or Skull of Gul'dan as the only outcast card in the deck. Same application in a big dhunter deck.

One of the few good cards that can nearly never see play in tempo dhunters. I like it.

  • Who can say no to a guaranteed outcasted card?

  • Good card cause it also guarantees the outcast!

  • Targeted draw on powerful card, with 1 mana this can combo with any outcast on the same turn. Aggro DH could use this as a tutor for those hands.

Kinda crazy, not only do you tutor your powerful outcast cards, but you also get to immediately play them with outcast triggering. Ironically, Skull of Gul'dan screws this up unless you're gonna play this on turn 7 and I don't think people will stop playing skull just for this.

  • Stealing this as a rogue would be sad.

  • 1 mana draw spells are efficient and always see play, historically speaking.

1 mana SPECIFIC draw spells are MORE efficient and should see play, but it depends on the deck you're running.

When Scholomance Academy launches, DH will have 9 cards with outcast effects, but you won't want to run every outcast card with this card, and you probably won't run this card in every DH deck.

Tempo DH is currently blessed with a TON of card draw from Crimson Sigil Runner, Spectral Sight, and Skull of Gul'dan, they're either cheap draws that can get additional threats or make your cards drawn cheaper to help apply pressure the next turn.

I feel like with this card you might want to use to gain your card draw or hand disruption cards - Skull of Gul'dan, Glide or Star Student Stelina - cards that you're opponent can't play around that will screw with their gameplan (especially if combo decks comeback).

Now that I think about it, this card COULD work in an aggressive or Tempo deck list - if you pull Felosophy and play it, you could duplicate a Battlefiend or Satyr Overseer and give both minions +1/+1, but that also sounds like a slow turn, now that I've typed it out

      Hahhaha, win-win(s) ^^

  • 1 mana and specifc draw. Strong card but require some deckbuilding around it since you want draw strong card with this (like skull of gul'dan)

  • Cool card. Really useful!

  • great solid card to guarantee an outcast effect

  • Its 1 mana draw 1. How is this not good?

  • Good, cheap and reliable draw card

  • Nice Outcast trigger. Good for Altruis but I don't think this card will help Demon Hunters much.

  • On the one hand, it tutors an outcast card. On the other, DH already has great draw.

  • 1 mana tutor cards are great, and this one ensures the Outcast card gets to go off. Will see play in any DH deck that has any good outcast cards.

  • Not sure if this is busted or just ok. Maybe this replaces Crimson Sigil Runner since it consistently draws a card and can guarantee your outcast goes off that turn.

1-mana draw a targeted card is very strong, but DH might have enough card draw and strong options that this doesn't make the cut.

  • Potential to be a very powerful card.
Works great in late game as you should have enough mana to trigger the card automatically. Early game it’s good if you can set up the card for when you want to play it.

  • The only real drawback is finding deck space in a already cluttered class. Needs to play the card right after or risk blocking the outcast effect next turn, but it is so cheap you can almost guarantee it.

  • Probably one of the worse, simpler cards for DH and that's a good thing

    Bonkers gonna bonk.

    That card is insane.

  • Good, the outcast card will be outcasted

  • Perfect Outcast enabler tool

  • Just put 2 of these in the deck alongside Star Student Stelina and 2 Glide cards and call it a day. This card GUARANTEES the Outcast effect.

  • This will surely see play until it gets nerfed to 2 mana.

  • Bonkers card!  Especially pulling things like Star Student if you can play her right away.

  • One of my favourite cards from the set. Not only is the art and the flavour amazing, it also gives a guaranteed outcast as long as you have the mana for it. Perfect!

  • This is so simple and yet so perfect. Outcast cards are the perfect cards to tutor, because then you immediately enable the Outcast on that turn. The trick will be knowing when to play this - so know your deck inside out!
