The Game Awards Winners: See Who Won the Gaming Oscars, Pre-Show Edition
The Game Awards has finally come to a close and we’ve got our first batch of winners! Here’s who the winners of the year are for the pre-show awards:

Best Mobile Game: Marvel Snap
Marvel Snap has won the Best Mobile Game award, beating out heavy (and perhaps controversial) contenders such as Diablo Immortal!

Best Fighting Game: Multiversus
Multiversus, the Warner Bros. mega-crossover brawler has taken home the title of best fighting game released in 2022!

Esports Awards
The Esports awards were a bit of a quickfire round, with no one being called up to take their prize, but time constraints are always a problem! Here’s the winners:
- Best Esports Game: Valorant
- Best Esports Athlete: Yay
- Best Esports Team: Loud
- Best Esports Coach: Bzka
- Best Esports Event: 2022 League of Legends World Championship

Best Family Game: Kirby and the Forgotten Land
Everyone’s favorite pink blob has won the best family game award, on its 30th anniversary of the series!
