Hearthstone

After nearly a month into the March of the Lich King expansion, I am checking in with you again to see how we are progressing on the latest rewards track. I hope you all had a prosperous start!

To kick things off, I only purchased the Tavern Pass this time. Since I dislike the looks of the signature cards, I decided to skip the welcome bundles altogether which saved me quite a few bucks. After opening 221 packs, my collection is not complete yet. Currently, I am missing 4 legendaries, so I have to wait a bit longer to obtain the other new coin. Having closely monitored how my gold and arcane dust levels changed for this new expansion, I think there is no more need for me to buy pack bundles in the future and still keep my reserves on par, unless the HS economy changes for the worse. 

I am currently at level 130 and I have completed all the new XP achievements. The toughest achievement was Rogue's Imminent Demise. Team 5 was kind enough for us to make a few of the annoying ones completable against friends which was very helpful indeed. Not sure if this was intentional though. 

In anticipation of the still to be added Death Knight hero portrait, I have not claimed the level 100 free reward yet. My main goals now are to reach a 1000 wins with the Death Knight class and to complete my last two non-XP gameplay achievements: Corpse Husbandry and The Reborn Identity. A long ways to go still, since I only recorded 158 wins with my new buddy, Darion Mograine.

Since the last event (don't know if that has influence) battlenet is constantly disconnecting  when trying to start playing hearthstone. And more annoying it does it while playing the game, when you finally managed to get in.

Uninstalled and reinstalled it.
Modem and router unplugged for half an hour.

I have a good connection, and i don't have disconnections with anything else.
It's pretty frustrating not to be able to play in a normal way.

Anyone has this as well?

Someone having a solution for this?

When do they come back? And any news of larger sized comps, like custom classes or expansions?

How do you craft cards?? It wont let me if i dont own one copy already. I want shattering blast but it wont let me craft it.

I just received a message stating I got 1600 free dust. Any idea why?

This keeps happening to me: between rounds, I place Maestra in the optimal position, then she moves over right after I click "ready," ruining my strategy. Has anyone else encountered this?  

People who want DK buffed are not realizing this class has 5 expansion and 4 minisets less cards than every other class right now. 

Not to mention it would probably break arena.

Buffing DK also wouldn't help it against any more decks really, it would just be even stronger against the decks it's already strong against or it just become extremely busted to the point where Blizzard just has to go back and nerf it after the buffs. 

DK may need some tweaks but not straight up buffs. If they're gonna buff it they need to nerf some problem cards as well.

For example Patchwork should not be a 1 rune card.

Instead of buffing they could just use the miniset to add some support to the class, DK is lacking in cards not strength. 

There's still a lot of good elemental support. I just beat a deathrattle rogue and 2 Death Knight's with this list.

Is this something that we just have to wait for the bugfix on? Why do these effects not both apply? Kinda need the extra HP to keep me alive against faster builds, and the scythe to keep my minions out to take full advantage of the "no minions in your deck" effects. What's the deal?

As the title says: What is the most effective way to report bugs? -> emphasis on effective

Otherwise - Is there a thread to share those bugs to not suffer unnecessary losses?

Duels: *Might Edit in the Cards later* The DK Giant doesn't reduce its cost when playing the Treasure that gives 'green DK' cards.

Shockspitter MVP. This card for sure getting nerfed. (And no im not mad im using this card.)

Who's idea was it to make a cheap burst card that you can easily tutor and spam in hunter lol?

My list:

I was opening packs, and got to some Warlock packs that i saved up til the release of the expansion, but the game just kinda softlocks after the packs burst open, blocking into this screen. I can even open the menus but i cant actually do anything besides that. Anyone know if its a common issue or how to fix it?

That opening a signature legendary does not give you protection from opening the normal legendary, and that you cannot reroll a legendary you have unpacked after you have opened it's signature?

Can anyone provide a list of cards that have had their types adjusted? I don't have Hearthstone downloaded anymore (I don't really plan on playing it again), but I would like to know which cards were changed. I've noticed a few bizarre ones in videos I've watched, like Igneous Lavagorger is an Elemental Beast now.

Anyone been able to pre-open your packs? doesn't work for me...

Anyone who says these bundles aren't too expensive is wrong.

80 dollars + tax nearly 90 dollars for the path of arthus mega bundle, it should be included in the 50 dollar bundle as well.

So we are expected to buy a 50 or 80 dollar bundle + tax every 4 months, a 20 dollar mini expansion and 20 dollar battle pass every 4 months as well, while they will also be selling 30 dollar skins

All this money but they market the game towards children who will get upset that their parents won't spend 500 dollars a year on hearthstone expansions.

and they're talking about adding a 4th expansion into the cycle? This is absolutely ridiculous.

Pilgrimage through the Cosmos is a 145 card custom expansion set within the Great Dark Beyond. Follow Velen and the Vindicaar in this alternate take on the journey from Azeroth to the ancestral homeworld of the Draenei, Argus.

Art for the set was created by me! It's not very good as I'm not much of an artist and each piece was created under a strict(ish) time limit. With that in mind, I think the custom art really ties the world together in a rather unique way. I began drawing for the set on November 5th, with most non-Legendary cards being limited to 20 minutes of work with Legendaries and special cards usually taking around 30.

With that preamble out of the way, here's the set! I hope you find the cards interesting, or at least have fun looking at the art!

Just a quick reminder, that Arena still exists and can actually be fun! - Though I understand why you shouldn't spend your gold right now, with the new expansion looming!

After quite some time I decided to give Arena another shot. I actually didn't even know there was a Dual-Class event ongoing still.

Long story short:

I drafted a Warlock/Demon Hunter with Cairne Bloodhoof, Ragnaros the Firelord and Ysera, plus decent early game and quite some draw.

And damn, this deck seems unfair! (Although I don't know the meta). It definitely helps me being reintroduced to Arena.

EDIT: Went 7-3 but I immeditately started the next run. :)
