Honestly, I think cards like Out in the Cold and maybe even Ye' Been Warned should be burst speed with "can't be cast in combat or in response to spells". Honestly, they should just make it the fourth spell speed.
Eew... the base form art looks awful. Looks like an ugly character.
Lulu is a super ugly champion in LoL too so it adds up
Nah. She looks better in League than in the afromentioned art. I do not mind her level up art, but the base disgusts me.
She looks crazy, which she kind of is.. I mean did you ever listened to her voice lines? it's all nonsense.
Think it captures her craziness fine enough..
If you play her in a synergistic deck she will probably be level up by turn 5-4 so that's something.
I agree her leveled up art looks better but it's not terrible.
I've been playing LoL since 2015. I know she is wacko. But her base art in LoR pales in comparison to her League splash art.
