If it looks like a meme and walks like a meme ...

This makes Elnuks even worse than they already are because you want to leave Elnuks in the deck for Troop to pull.

Poros already have plenty of draw/create, so you don't need it for them.

That leaves Yetis as the only decent use of this card, and it's actually kinda sick there because you can stack the top of your deck with them and know exactly when to use it. If you have the right support and enough mana, you can even buff them first for an even bigger swing.

(And then they all die to The Ruination.)

Card draw is always good especially at a cost for 3.

It is specific card draw but thinning out a deck should never underestimated.

But it's not even guaranteed card draw. It's potential card draw. It's also potentially flushing 3 mana and a card down the toilet.

Unless you're using it for yetis only, it's just not consistent enough to be competitive, and even the yeti strategy probably has too many moving parts. Freljord has far more efficient and reliable ways to draw cards.

Thinning your deck is not good if it fills your hand with Bull Elnuks you never want to play. Hand size can be a big problem in decks with a lot of drawing power.

Only really works with yetis since you know they are there.

but it's not enough in my opinion needs more support to be ok.

Well i mean there still are alot of cards to see so it potentially could become better.

And creating poros compared to drawing them from your deck makes an enormous difference, if you draw the poro you can draw into your other good cards.

If you create the poros you have a higher chance to draw into your remaining poros.

There are around 12 poros to use in freljord and another region* if you put them all in it increases your chances of the spell not fluking plus perhaps additional supporting cards could come, the other question is if you want to put 12-15 poros in your deck.

Theres always the risk of it fluking yeah but potentially drawing 4 cards for 3 mana makes it worth it i think.

I'm sorry, but this card is hot garbage.

Compare with Entreat, which is 1 mana cheaper for a guaranteed tutor of what is likely the most critical cards in any deck--and nobody plays that.  Then here's Call of the WildBADCARDNAME, which is

    1. Literally only playable in either a Yeti, Poro, or Elnuk deck
    2. Implicitly depends on said deck to be successful--elnuks are unplayable, poros are inconsistent, and yetis are popular only recently because of Ashe Noxus decks which will almost certainly get nerfed on the upcoming Sept 16 balance patch
    3. Fairly expensive for only possible draw--for 3 mana + a card it really needs to draw at least 2, preferably 3 to be viable.

I could perhaps see this card having long-term play after some tuning--decreasing of mana cost, guaranteed tutor, or increasing the search beyond just 4 cards--but as-is this will see a little bit of experimentation in Ashe Noxus decks between Aug 28-Sep 16, then fall into oblivion.
