On my turn 6 I play Polkelt and on my turns 7 and 8 I draw 1 cost cards as if Polkelt reverse ordered my deck!?
Am I missing something? Can someone explain the reason to me..

Astromancer Solarian's Deathrattle shuffles your deck. Any card that shuffles something into your deck will undo Polkelt's effect. This is intentional according the devs, to make the deck feel more like an actual deck of cards.

I'm the only one who stops to see if he's dead.
Hmm. Turns out he's dead.
This is ridiculous! Solarian should be shuffled in my reordered deck. A deathrattle cannot reshuffle my deck!?
I think this is a bug..
Ok I've made a research and found out that what you are saying is correct even if I think it is a bug and shouldn't be like that. Here is an explanation:
Cards (Bombs, Soul Fragments, etc) put into your deck also shuffles the deck: https://youtu.be/fXoB1bbpqRk?list=UUbt1SGMrWj5Q7TMXAfmTERQ&t=551
When you think of a real card game, if you shuffle a card into your deck, you normally don't shuffle your entire deck. You take the shuffled card and put it in a random spot in your deck. I think Blizzard implemented the shuffle effect incorrectly in the begining and didn't wanted to fix it when they introduced Polkelt to the game..
I'm not a Magic player and never wathed a Magic game before. I wonder if they shuffle their entire decks when they want to add a card to their decks?
Very strange behaviour..
Shuffle means shuffle. I understand your frustration, but this is not a bug. Also, in a real card game you always shuffle your entire deck, if you just put it in a random spot you know where it approximately is. If you shuffle it it could be on the top or the bottom without you knowing so. This effect is implemented correctly, and this thread makes me not want to play real card games with you since you don't seem to grasp how shuffling works.
I had this same issue awhile ago (playing Mozaki OTK). Had the perfect turn 4 Polkelt, then my opponent shuffled a bomb and I was back to square one. It took me a minute to realize what happened, but I do think it makes sense overall. Like Erodos said, shuffle means shuffle.

The only way for that spot to be random is to shuffle the entire deck.
Yes, they do. Every time. Because that is how you shuffle. Unless the card states otherwise, e.g. add it the bottom of your library.
Polkelt is a perfectly fine card. You just have to build your deck around it. It funny how many players does not get the whole shuffle thing. I've read quite a lot of threads about it.
