This might be the strongest card revealed so far. Finally gives control warrior the viability to survive early aggression on its own. But scratch that. This card will be an auto include in every warrior deck (except big warrior). It's just insane, I'd almost play it without the battlecry due to the pirate tag. This is absurdly strong, I have no more eloquent words pineapple pizza ants brie
seems solid gives a lot of stats and effects seems like N'zoth warrior might work... with all those taunt and rush minions you are guaranteed to at least impact the board somehow.

Seems like a pretty strong card. 4 mana 2/5 for a Taunt is not that bad, and it has a roughly 3 mana Battlecry.
I suppose it is ok if generated of random effect... but running it is a bit weird. Arena card

This card seems absolutely bonkers. For 1 more mana than Fiery War Axe, you get a 2/5 Taunt. It's a pirate to be tutored or handbuffed too.
4 for a Fiery War Axe and a 2/5 taunt?
Pirates are usually pretty weak .. this one is an obvious strong replacement.

This is just incredible. Compare this to Sky Gen'ral Kragg. It is a rare instead of a Legendary, it doesn't have any kind of conditions, it has a larger body. The only downside is that you get to deal 3 damage with the weapon instead of 4 damage with the rush, but you get two attacks with the weapon whereas you would only get 1 attack from the parrot.
I think this will be played in a lot of warrior decks of varying kinds just because of how flexable and useful this is. It is a pirate, it has taunt, it can remove things, and it can push extra face damage. What's not to love?

Its cards like these that makes me wonder why shaman's cards are so dreadful while other classes get stuff that makes sense. For what reason can we think that this could not have been a shaman card and instead must belong to warrior? It even makes sense flavorwise, shaman was supposed to THE weapon class this time round.
Lightforged Zealot is one of the best cards in pally right now and there's little reason to believe this wouldn't equally be as good in warrior. One weapon for a tempo swing, with a decently sized minion that also has taunt.
Again, why the hell isn't this a shaman card. Like really team5?
Insane value, pretty much 5.5-6 mana worth of stuff in a 4-Mana card. Definitely the Pirate that Menageries will pick.
5/7 in stats across and taunt and a weapon, great value! Will all the hand buffs warrior is getting, this will definitely help stall the game for them

3/2 weapons for 3 are common good cards now, adding 1 mana and summoning this seems like a good deal.
NICE, a good pirate for N'Zoth, God of the Deep warrior. Warrior needed that. Sword Eater gives you a weapon and decent body with taunt, just great for control warrior.
Standard: N'Zoth, God of the Deep control warrior will 100% use it. Maybe other control warrior lists as well?
Wild: Won't see any play. Pirate warrior is a fast deck, and including Sword Eater would slow it down way too much.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Seems way overstated for its effect and cost I feel like the price would be better if it was a death rattle also might be a bit more falvourful
Self proclaimed good at battlegrounds
This is both aggressive and defensive in nature, almost like Tar Creeper. Sword Eater outclasses Arathi Weaponsmith by a mile and is easily the best pirate to choose for N'Zoth, God of the Deep and Ringmaster Whatley. I don't see why any Warrior wouldn't consider running this card.

3/2 weapons never go out of style. I will be sick of seeing this minion, but a good card.
Seems good, though I think it shines most in a Pirate Warrior deck, giving both a body and a weapon and can potentially be followed up with Dread Corsair and/or Captain Greenskin. Not actually sure this makes the cut in a Menagerie Warrior deck like everyone says tho.

Be careful overriding Ancharrr or Wrenchcalibur.
Super strong for menagerie warrior, or pirate warrior, or just warrior in general. I really like this card, and hope that pirates get some more support in the next year.

1 mana 2/5 Taunt plus a Fiery War Axe? Seems good. Even if we considered the pre-nerf mana cost this is insane. Definitely gets added to Pirate lists, and honestly seems good enough to run in lists where the tribe doesn't even matter that much, if at all.

Absolutely insane Arena card, good enough to see play in standard if a midrangey Warrior deck emerges.
This ain't no place for a hero
Weapon and taunt on a single card. This is a nice one to see. I think it will be good in early control and good to add to a full aggro board to protect the 1 and 2 drop guys already on board.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
A great tempo card, giving you a reasonable defensive body and the ability to eat one of your opponent's smaller minions. This will be in Menagerie Warrior, if such a deck exists, and could actually be good enough for other decks that don't care about minion tags.
