  • elemental decks are too badly supported to make sense.

  • That's a likely no, the whole "if you played an Elemental last turn" hasn't really taken off as it gets so easily disrupted.

  • Mage minion in disguise, no other classes have elemental synergies anymore really. still Clunky

  • Artwork is pretty cool. I'm not even sure what that thing is, but it's cool.

But I will have to say no since there's simply not enough Elementals right now.

  • I have a hard time seeing this as an Elemental.  Will only see play in Elemental Mage if anything just because they're the only ones with any real synergy atm.

    • This game of ring toss just got really intense.

  • I don't think this is a bad card, but I don't think it will be played a lot just because elemental decks generally aren't very good. Maybe the cards in this expansion will give the tribe a much needed boost, but I remain skeptical.

  • UN’GORO SUPPORT... two years later.

  • Its a mage card in standard right now, with Confection Cyclone being so handy.

But unless there's some niche to having only a limited amount of spells in mage, I just don't see how this could ever make the cut. But make no mistake that 3 damage is pretty strong, just not strong enough in my opinion to compete with other cards in mage.

  • Looks like Corborus in the Stonecore Dungeon back in Cata: https://www.wowhead.com/npc=43438/corborus

  • May see some play if elemental mage ends up being something.

  • Theme and meme.

  • I'm going to be optimistic about this one. I know if might not pan out, but being able to deal 3 as a battlecry has been consistently good for board control and sometimes finishing.

  • Incredible card for Standard elemental decks. Certainly a must include for those decks, why wouldn't they run it. But in wild it might see less play because there are a lot of other elemental cards that require playing a elemental in a previous turn.

  • I don't really think anyone besides elemental mage will play this since it sucks other classes don't quite have the elemental support for it and even those that do don't have a reason to play it.

  • Crappy stats for its effect.

  • On the edge of being playable in an Elemental deck, but doubt it makes the cut.

  • Interesting support for elementals, but I think they need more support before this is able to be run.  Harder condition than Scalerider for not much more of a payoff.

  • While this is a powerful effect, I don't think there are enough competitively viable elementals for this to see play. This makes more sense in Mage as they have the most elemental synergy, but I don't think the deck is consistent enough to be competitively viable.

  • great on elemental decks

  • My Elemental Mage Deck would love this, and that's the only reason why I'm giving it more than 1 star.

  • I like the idea of pushing elemental mage, but this would need to drop a mana or gain some stats to get run.

  • It's not a bad card IF there was much wider support for elemental tribe.

  • Ping damage is good. Conditional tribal play the previous turn is less good. This would have made sense back when shaman had multiple cards in this line of play, but I don't think it works for anything now.

  • It's an OK Elemental. If an Elemental deck runs this, that's probably because it lacks good Elementals to play (and is therefore not a good deck).

Fair card that will not see play.

  • Why it has a neutral border instead the blue for the mage one? Seems to be printed especifically for elemental mage.

  • Solid stats, might be worth if playing a deck with a few Elementals in it

  • I can't get over how sick this art is. Card itself seems like an auto-include in any Elemental deck and useless elsewhere, but damn if it doesn't look cool.

  • Maybe a quest elemental shaman in wild will get some use of this card
