Purchased a header, waited almost 24 hours and it's still not available. Did I do something incorrect, am I misinformed, or is this an actual bug?

Might be limited to chenvala? I bought snowfury giant header which was added at the same time and i have mine
Living like that.
Looks like the package didn't have the associated reward, oops!
