A permanent regeneration or +2/2 for just 2 mana at burst speed does seem a bit scary to me. I hope that it's not as strong as I think it is.
Think this is quite a card to run in a vlad deck, many cards have regen there and +2/+2 for 2 is also really good think on braum is also good, on ember maiden when you don't get the landmark.. seems good.
everyone is looking at the new champ aphelios but the hidden champions are some cards like this in the latest patch. Especially the troll chant and gift are so powerful and great value cards. I expect them to be a sure pick in many freljord decks.
In expeditions i find that Troll Chant is one of the best cards you can choose.
