This kind of reminds me of Loatheb or Boompistol Bully in the sense that it doesn't change the cards your opponent has access to, it just forces them to play those cards later. However, taking out only a single card for 5 mana is pretty slow, so I don't think this will see a lot of play.
Also, this effect was done twice in the custom card design competitions. Just think that is a little funny.
Felsoul Jailer, surprised it doesnt have a Soul Fragment interaction

Decent Card - nothing more to add :)
It's similar to Dirty Rat. Playing rat was risky, because u could pull something too big too early. In this case enemy can get his card back unless you silence Jailer or remove it somehow without killing (I hope brewmasters will be in core set).
Pretty good actually. Can immensly annoy your opponent and set them behind or even just ruin them completely if combined with silence (even if that's pretty slow)
Kinda similar to Dirty Rat, but it can give the minion back. But despite that i think it might see some play, purely because of it's.. decent stats? oh and obviously because it gives you information about the type of deck your opponent plays. (Which you most often already know.) The only way that this would see a lot of play, would be if there will be some decent silence cards in the core set, but that's it.
Oh and in wild it will see 0 play because you don't want to ress it with Bloodreaver Gul'dan and Dirty Rat is better.
Ideally you'd want to silence this deathrattle effect (or evolve the minion) but I don't see warlock putting an Ironbeak Owl or Showstopper into their deck for this
No one has been using Deathwarden because you may face an opponent who doesn't even use Deathrattles. But if you want to suppress your own Deathrattles, it's suddenly a much better card. It may not always work out, but it may be worth playing if they add additional undesirable Deathrattles. There have been quite a few in the past!
Bad card overall, it will see play if there is nothing else to play at cost, however, if it shows the minion it gives you info, and if you can silence it easily then that's really good.
I can see some potential, but still requires a bit of a set up
