It feels more and more like Blizzard is going to allows Arcane, Fire, and Frost specs with the changes to the spells like this
I like the freezing flavor, with this and Cone of Cold, I hope they keep experimenting with it.
I don't think this will see play. The only reason Ray of Frost saw play was because it were 2 freezes in 1. And i think Brain Freeze will still be better than a 1 mana Snap Freeze.
