It's kind of bizarre to see Silver Hand support this good coming out of nowhere. If you cast it twice you'll be summoning 3/1s for the rest of the game...which may or may not have divine shield also.
Like...this is an actual long term win condition, you don't even have to go full aggro. Just play midrange and trust in the fact that you can creat threatening boards out of nowhere. This might just be one of the most interesting buildarounds I've seen for paladin.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Phew, it's not Odd XD
WOW, that will make Dude paladin in standard meta AF. This seems too good to not see any play!
Also THANK YOGG it's EVEN costed and not ODD Costed! We dodged a bullet there!
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
i love this. it's the paladin incanter's flow and probably the missing piece to a grindy paladin deck that curves low, but gets value from the button.
I don't think it's that good but yeah, I think the same with all this cards.
Seeing somebody else doing the same made me laugh haha
Most buffs are better when some of the minions can attack, if not, then you buff their health so they are difficult to be removed. That's why I'm not sold on this card.
Just gonna put this out there ...
Stand Against Darkness is in Core.
Dudedadin support in Standard! Definitely a core card for that.
I'm thinking is this is worth running a standalone.
Its actually insane. But tempered by the fact that paladin can't really draw, and this card is a dead 2 mana without dudes on board. There's also the fact that cards like Warhorse Trainer and Darkmoon Statue exist which more or less does the same job, so can there be space enough to fit everything into a deck that is wholly reliant on tempo?
But that it actually exist is more than enough to scare the shit out of your opponent, and its still an upgrade to your hp, so its kinda redundant to ask if this will ever see play.
I can see this in Arena going nuts. The idea that you can continually pump out 2/1 minions every turn in addition to what you have in your hand seems like a really cool idea
