Since it is core set the Harpy should have been the one.
It's solid enough to stay around, but there really needs to be a standard way to reduce the costs of elementals
Meh still bad, unless they print some mana cheating cards for Elementals (Kinda like an Frizz Kindleroost for elementals.)
