Could be good maybe...on one hand its a one sided strike that cost 4, which is fine all things considered. On the other hand a lot of these early game 5 attack units have super low health, and will easily be kill when this is attempted. I feel like this will still be fine even outside of these 5 attack things just as a reliable removal tool, but it might be more likely to see this in the mid game with things like Darius. Whether I'm wrong or not I don't see this as something that won't find some useful spot.
The price in combination with the awefull condition makes this a pretty bad card. Sure, sometimes you get it through but I think it is not much more than 50 % of times especially against something like frostbite so why run a 4 cost spell to do nothing reliably?
