I mean this card would makes sense... IN ANY REGION BUT NOXUS
Like... noxus has no means to protect lb and lb dies to any removal/combat trick... of cause Riot... I always wanted to use a championslot for a high risk low reward champion that 3/4 games just dies to a Mystic Shot...

I am 69 years old and still reach Legend
The P&Z and Freljord match ups are going to be brutal.
In fact this champion is the most cunning and most innovative Champion in all of LoR so far. The LeBlanc Champion is NOT the LeBlanc card. LeBlanc's level up is NOT giving damage, it is acquiring Reputation. Once you have 4 reputation you can use the support cards - in particular Black Rose Spy. This card is the real LeBlanc. This is why Black Rose Spy can copy a Champion because it is a Champion.
For example - play LeBlanc and attack for 5. Whether it is blocked is no matter. Next turn you block with it for 5 (10 so far) and it probably dies. But if you now have 4 reputation, you can play Black rose spy to resummon an Exact copy of LeBlanc, including its level up count. Continue like this until you get 30 damage (Noxus has alot of burn), and mirror image comes on line to summon multiple LeBlancs. Black rose spy can also copy any champion because LeBlanc can be anybody.
Read the reddit posts, once you get it, you will see how innovative and in keeping with the lore it is!

It doesn't really matter if this is supposed to be Canon, but as a way to play with the card, this is how I would do it.
That's nice and all but no one here is complaining about how faithful she is to the lore. You should post this in her champion reveal page.
