One of the few ways to irritate rez priest. Although, wasn't this slated to be reverted back to 3 mana?
For me if feels so weird that this is staying and Polymorph isn't. At least both classes still have Devolving Missiles which in most situations it's better than both.
Great removal, good flavor and used a lot. Glad to see it in the core set.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
