I remember playing this in my original Shudderwock build when that card first came out
I've still played this in some wild control decks, really happy to see it back and with the keyword buff, even if you can no longer get the spell damage totem for it.
Perfect buff, now it's REALLY good. Why? Because now the healing scales with spell-damage! Before it was bad because you could theoratically deal 8 damage with it, but still only heal for 4 health. Now that it's Lifesteal it will surely see play in control decks, and probably some spell-damage deck in order to remove taunts?
