solid removal, always has been and apparently always will be
Current standard has a lot of bodies with 3 or more life, so I don't see this so great as for removal right now but maybe for more burst.
I guess how good this is ends up in how much burn hunter has and how many 1 or 2 health minions he/she faces.
Always been a solid removal and one of the only few board clears hunter has acces to. Has always seen play as a must-include so i'm not surprised to see this in the core set.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
