Unrelated but when I was new to the game I thought the white paint was his skull and the red paint was blood. Like he had totally lost his face.

Hmm, with most Enrage stuff gone from the core set, it's going to either be really bad or it get's new support and becomes good.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
