2 for a 3/4, why not? Obviously you don't use it without a strong Secret back up, but still...
Since Avenge is coming back this be easily played in secret paladin.
Great card, really helps secret decks. Premium 2 drop stats + good effect, AND there still is a LOT of secret support in standard because of AoO and MDF. Will 100% see play.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
