Now that Libran of Hope is the only 9 mana spell in standard, what happens if u play it at full cost vs OMY? (I don't have the card to test it)

It probably gets played again but with a random target. Unlikely to happen considering it will almost always be discounted by that time
If a spell is discounted and played into Oh My Yogg, does it cast another random spell with the cost of the discount or of the spell itself? For example, if you played a 5 mana Libram of Hope, would you get a random 5 mana spell or 9 mana spell?
5 mana it counts how much you pay for it not the original cost.
Yesterday I turned a Rank Two Tame Beast into a Rank One Tame Beast, so I don't think the HS team has too many qualms about making it turn back into itself if it needs to. Obviously a whole different situation, but I think it speaks to their philosophy about it.
I use taco blanket on my yogg. I don't like libran of hope. I totally agree with you.
