Comparing Wasteland Assassin to Jungle Panther means Reborn costs two mana? This cards looks more like an arena card, i doubt it that it will see play in standard, maybe paladin only for the quest.
Broken
Okay-ish Arena card, otherwise, I want to do a lot more for 5 mana in Constructed.

Wasteland Assassin is remarkably similar to Argent Commander. It's slower but it comes down one turn earlier, stealth almost guarantees it'll survive one turn and reborn more or less does the same thing as divine shield. It's slightly worse as a finisher but slightly better as a trading tool as it's more likely the reborn minion will survive (I'm assuming it respawns with a fresh new stealth).
Won't see standard play, fine card for arena.
5 mana for 8 "gauranteed" damage is probably worth considering somewhere.
But probably 1 mana too expensive for meaningful play.
In Standard this gets completely wrecked by Lord Godfrey, and additionally in Wild by Defile.
edit: Also by the new Shaman card, Earthquake

This card isn't good, but it may have some niche applications.

I don't think warpath is necessarily relevant... I mean something has to get wrecked by warpath..
This reborn minion is below average. That makes me happy, however he goes into the 5-cost summon pool. It is going to suck if this one gets summoned against you.
Warpath is relevant in that it's a standard card that actually sees play in standard, unlike Godfrey ATM. Dyn-o-matic seems great as well even if it only kills half of the assassin with its battlecry.
Not really sure how the second highest played class in the format isn't relevant...?
