Can't remember the last time I lost one of these battles, but A Party of Adventurers did me in.
yeah Party of Adventurers seems overtuned. after about 6 tries... I've decided to give up until blizzard realizes this issue (lolololol) and fixes it (lolololol).

I won on my second attempt using the 1/1 freeze guys. Prioritize face, only trade/freeze when necessary (poison/lifesteal).
This worked for me second try (first try they summon random beast which turned out to be a 25 mana Shirvallah, the Tiger )
Use Brukan's hp and save up on your clears until you can clearly swing the board. Its not really tough, since your minions are clearly bigger than theirs. Don't need to rush with the board clears, they have no burst against you anyway.
what is the best hero power against Vapos?
Bru'kan all the way until Mutanus, where Varden's does better.
I mean, you just look at Rokara (+1+1, taunt) and the even more laughable Tamsin (3 less to random spell). Is there really a choice here? Brukan's does 2 damage plus +2 spell power, which can come in clutch with clearing boards.
I won most games with Tamsin, 1 mana Overgrowth, 0 mana WIld Growth, Celestial Alignment played in 3rd turn. It's uber ramp druid most of the time which fits to his mana expensive decks.
Rokara need target and most Gulfs minions are 5+ so her HP is completely useless. Brukans 2 dmg isn't bad, but +2 spell power is hard to use, because Gulf have only Swipe and Starfall as removals. Varden gives u 1/1 elemental which kills nothing and in most cases it's tempo loss.

Is there no hero skin bundle this time?
Rokara and Xyrella didn't have a skin bundle either. Presumably, the mercenaries skins will be part of future battle passes, even though the basic heroes (Jaina and Thrall for now) had extra skins in both circumstances
We never get hero skins with book of mercenaries.
