It is Statikk Shock for 2 less mana and with 2 less carddraw attached to it... looks okay for discard aggro but nowhere else
I assume this can't target the same thing twice, and with that in mind I don't see why you would play this over Mystic Shot. I mean you could play both but I'm not sure why you would do that either. I feel like they could have made this without the discard and it could have been fine, maybe you make it only hit units if that seems too scary but I don't think this is worth it as is.
