what is a standard pack (new Reward Track) ?

Card pack that gives you cards from the current standard rotation.. They're like the Year-specific packs except they apply to the entirety of the Standard pool.

Current rotation means only from last year? Because my standard packs don‘t get me Stormwind cards, just duplicates of the other set!?

If you open them now (after Stormwind released) you should get any missing cards from standard including Stormwin

And that‘s the problem: I don‘t get any Stormwind card…

any way to open a ticket at Blizzard?

If you didn't have a complete set of commons and rares from other sets, you may get those instead of stormwind cards. (same for epics and legendaries but it's more obvious with commons and rares since you always get a bunch of those in a pack)

If you did have EVERY common in the 4 other currently standard sets, you should only get stormwind commons

This includes mini-set cards

I have seen some people ranting about not opening Stormwind cards from Standard pack. I may suggest to hold off opening them if you want Stormwind cards from the packs. It's a buggy state each expansion release, and this one is no exception. People also can't get complete card achievements even tho they have all legendaries.

I received the hanbuff Paladin Legendary from Standard pack. So it's not a general problem.
