no xp bug?

since last patch (two weeks ago) i dont see any xp going to my reward track after i finish quests i  know it is just visual but anyone know if they plan to fix it soon ?

I actually thought it would bee fixed with this patch but guess not.... im pretty sure i read somewhere that its not intended.
