This is great if you have a Jayce or Lux on the board but is pretty meh without them.
Cards that require something else to be around in order to be strong are usually not good enough sadly.
I mean you gonna have to run some 6 mana spells and this isn't tooo bad of a spell.
Is it a viable card outside of a Jayce deck? Pretty sure it's not but it doesn't have to.
