I feel like we're kinda stuffed with weapon tutors at this moment and this just seems unnecessary and inconsistent.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Hmm it's decent i guess. It does do something immediately, and it's card draw. But most warrior decks will probably keep running the questline (Most warrior decks except BIG warrior), and the questline already draws a weapon as the first reward. Not sure if this will even see play outside of arena. Also nice that we get a lot of weapon tutors, but please blizz give warrior some more weapons. We get more weapon tutors than actual weapons.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
We've got plenty of ways to tutor weapons, which are more reliable. Might be more appealing after Corsair Cache rotates out.
Too hard to activate compared to weapon draw spells.
Really good with Blacksmithing Hammer, being able to grow it and tutor it out quickly.
Agreed. Pirate warrior already has free tutor built into their quest. We have so many weapon battlecries and tutors available that currently this just seems like overkill. Maybe when stuff rotates next year it will see play though..

Its not the effect that's weak, its just really inconsistent. If you need a weapon tutor, just play Corsair Cache.
Because if this card isn't tutoring you a weapon, then its shit. Its only ever going to be significant out of a discover effect, because if it ever becomes meta everyone will just play around this one's honor kill all day.
All the body spray went to her head.
Struggle with Heroic Galakrond's Awakening? I got your back :
It has vanilla stats, if you can't activate the honor kill it doesn't do anything. Not very useful imho
Well, I think I've said before that I don't think it's that hard to find 3 health targets.
Probably one of the worse Honorable Kill effects, seeing as it's a recycled one. Warrior has enough weapon tutor in standard right now, this is also 4 mana and we not sure if the mechanic will be easily achieved or not.
TREMBLE before.... the most legendary dragon that ever existed!
It feels we have more weapon tutors than weapons worth playing, at least in Standard
Pretty reasonable body attached to a tutor effect, so presumably it could see play. The issue here is that this competes for the 4-slots in your deck which already have a lot of great options (including some of the best weapons). You've only got so much room in your deck for 4-drops, and you'd probably be happier playing Outrider's Axe or Reaper's Scythe or Sword Eater or Kargath Bladefist (or even Barricade if you're Big Warrior) rather than a conditional tutor. Maybe after rotation this could be a strong card, but right now I doubt it has a home.
Not bad. It has to compete with the Questline Warrior benefit though. And without being a pirate, this would need to be in a control scenario to really work
Pirate Warrior already draws the weapons it needs. Other warriors can draw it without a condition that might not present itself. This one just isn't quite what we need at this time.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
Warrior already has way more consistent Weapon tutors and draw effects in general. Seems a bit pushed out by everything else.
Welcome to the site!
Good for both value and tempo. If you're looking to draw a specific weapon this could do a lot of work in decks that don't run the Quest. I'd say it's pretty likely that the HK gets triggered on curve, but even if it doesn't you've still got what is a very solid Rush minion.
I don't want to cure cancer; I want to turn people into dinosaurs.
Warrior has better options for Weapon tutoring and rush bodies, though might be worthwhile post-rotation.
Hey, you heard about that Mario guy?
Meh stats and does Warrior really need more Weapon tutor cards?
Doesn't seem all that amazing, since there are better alternatives to what it tries to accomplish.
