Wait that's actually really good. Freezing effects usually have the issue of not being ressource efficient (wasting one card just to delay an opponent). This solves the issue and by extension makes other Freeze synergies better. Just cycling in general is good too. Kinda makes me wish it was a Mage card tbh.
Should be a strong enabler for Multicaster in Quest Shaman too.
AMAZING freeze spell! this is the kind of card we were waiting for. Freezes AND draws a card, that's so good! Shaman lacks draw and this is both draw AND potential stalling until you can slam dunk Bearon Gla'shear on the board. Really solid, AND it can be generated by Wandmaker!
This card is just super busted, right? A cantrip that freezes? Insta include in any Shaman deck that doesn't rely on Primal Dungeoneer.

Hey we're playing MTG again because you can have 4 of these in your deck easily. I would prefer to play the 3/2 that gives you it, but if there's a reason to cycle it might see all four.

I mean to be fair, if you're running a frost spell in the first place you probably aren't running Dungeoneer. I forsee that Multicaster is gonna be the new go-to draw card for shaman (allowing more versatility).

It'll likely come out more often out of Sleetbreaker, but the card itself is good. Its basically cycling for 1. If Far Sight can see play, why wouldn't this one?
For (1) mana, this seems to do a lot of work for you - and isn't there an elemental that generates more of those Windchill ?
This is the card that shaman needed to get freeze shaman off the ground. Freeze shaman might even consider running Wandmaker just for the chance at getting another Windchill.
Draw for 1 mana and stop a minion, very strong. I think they want to make the meme something real this time

1 mana cycling is fair, and the synergy with Cheaty Snobold and Bearon Gla'shear makes this extra compelling.

Wonderful in Big decks meta when 1 big threat at the time is played. Frozen, top decked the answer? Yeah, fine.
Stall a pesky minion and draw a card for only one mana?! This is a superb card. Maybe freeze Shaman won't be a joke any longer.
The draw is better than the Freeze here, which makes this insanely good for Freeze Shaman and honestly worth considering for other Shaman decks too.
A 1-Mana card draw spell that also freezes a minion is a pretty good deal. I'm not sure that Windchill by itself is good enough to be included in decks, but minions that generate a copy should be pretty highly valued.
1 Mana Draw AND Freeze?! Yeah Blizzard is really pushing Freeze Shaman to be an actual thing.
Cheap cycle card with freeze effect, amazing value for just 1 mana.
Looks pretty good, since it's a 1 mana with draw and freeze. Should see play in most Shaman decks.
