Swim gave this unit a lot of hype at first and it kinda looks like a anthem on a 4 mana 4/4 creature at first but that's not the right way to evaluate this unit.
It's a unit that buffs up other units that you play on turn 5+ that are smaller than him if he doesn't die. That's way weaker than an anthem on a 4/4 and I don't see this actually being that good
This is strong but I don't think it's as strong as everyone is making it to be like Triferian pointed out you only start getting the value on turn 5 and beyond ( Unless you cheat it with Mayor ) so that makes it to slow for the current Poppy decks. I think it will see play in midrange style deck with something like Yordle Smith
