giving the best 2 keywords at slow speed for 3 Unit mana makes this etb very decent. I could see fated and lee sin decks profiting well from that kind of effect and I am very sure that this will see play
This could be a nice addition to dragons, they tend to get pretty big giving them both and overwhelm would them good finisher and spellshield would protect them from the usual counters like Flash Freeze, Stress Defense etc.
