This follower does many things but those things do not really match together. Silencing and enemy follower however is proably enough to make it playable but still I am not too sure about it being actually good
I really don't like this one, it's usefulness is going to depend on the match up, if your opponent using some cards like The Leviathan or the The Dreadway this is going to be very useful but if you are facing an aggressive deck this pretty useless.
