If you don't REALLY want discard effects in your deck this card is pretty bad it's in a ways a souble mystic shot that has to be targeted at a unit and the nexus at slow speed.
The slow speed is the aspect where I think this card's concept doesn't make sense anymore. It's okay for discard decks, but I think it's not too good of a card.
