Its strange this one because its not a straight up finisher, and its good for tempo turn 2. So the battlecry fits multiple purposes, but nevertheless doesn't do any of it great.
But for flexibility, and for being able to essentially scamming your way into an early victory, the same way cards like Savage Roar did, it'll certainly see some play if token druid is back.
This can help a lot with controlling an early board in a Token Beast deck, and it helps push for lethal in the mid to late game. All in all, solid card. Nothing to write home about, but it has a lot of utility.
Not bad in the slightest. All friendlies means it hits your hero as well. Can't argue that
Smaller Savage Roar on a body. Extra damage is really good in Token Druid, increasing the damage consistency. The Beast tag is also relevant, meaning it can also go into the new Beast Druid deck that is taking shape.
One may also appreciate the fact that it doesn't restrict the buff to any minion type, or any condition for that matter.
All you need is a board :)
Struggle with Heroic Galakrond's Awakening? I got your back :
Pretty nice tempo play, and a decent finisher too. Really helps in the Beast build as well.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
So Clawfury Adept can be used in 2 archetypes from the looks of it. The new midrange beast (which probably won't be great) and token/aggro druid. You could always pair this with Sow the Soil for a "build your own Savage Roar"
TREMBLE before.... the most legendary dragon that ever existed!
Can be good for some value trades or a narrow lethal, but overall too unimpactful compared to other things Druid can do with 2 mana (hello Razormane Battleguard).
At worst, it's a 2/3 that deals one damage. In the past, Flame Juggler actually saw constructed play (it was because the 2-drop slot was much worse back then, but still). Also, yay, more token Druid support, I can't wait :^ )
Rating cards on coolness factor rather than predicting power because I like screwing up rating averages (and because I suck at predicting real power levels, but we'll ignore that LUL)
Wins per class (2/6/22): DH-197; Druid-996; Hunter-91«60; Mage-1056; Paladin-1126; Priest-746; Rogue-961; Shaman-1095; Warlock-871; Warrior-906
Mini-Savage Roar on a premium 2 drop, thats super strong. Will 100% see play in aggro druid decks.
In wild obviously aggro druid will probably run it. Now Patches the Pirate and its pirate friends worth 5/5+ stats on turn 1 will have +1 attack on turn 2.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
This has potential. Great tempo card, and can also function as a finisher. A mini-Savage Roar with a body attached.
Just what everyone wanted. More token druid support! /s

On this turn is lackluster. An efficient trade and a 1 attack ping from the hero isn't building a board or buffing health or finishing.
Chumbawumba is the worst band name.
Why would I run this over Power of the Wild or Sow the Soil? Is the extra 2/3 body that much better?
It does feel great for druid deck that cares for beast synergies. If a deck like this will be in play 2 mana body is not bad in this case.
Oh me likey this card. I think this will be a strong finisher for beast druid, putting down two of these is just a Savage Roar. Even if you dont finish the opponent, you are still playing a 2 mana 2-3, good enough stats for the cost

Not quite strong enough to be a finisher on its own, but good enough to give you a little more burst to get through taunts and such. I think it gets included just for ramping up damage.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
Mr. Smite and crew will be getting an otk with this card
It's a little like a Savage Roar on a stick, which should be pretty good for Druid decks that can spam the board with Tokens and small minions. Obviously it doesn't have the same finishing power as a Roar, but it could be really useful in aggressive decks as a way to fish out extra damage.
I don't want to cure cancer; I want to turn people into dinosaurs.
Time for more Token Druids in Alterac Valley!
Hey, you heard about that Mario guy?
Alright finishing card for go wide decks, and in the early game can help you pick off something since it affects your Hero too. I like it.
Welcome to the site!
Mini Savage Roar on a stick, slots nicelly into Wild Token Druid.
It has decent stats and a strong Battlecry. It'll shine in token Druid decks for sure.
