patch notes?

this week was patch week if i not mistaken why out of cards didnt post the patch notes? i am away from runeterra for a while playing other stuff but i was looking foward to a new patch to see some new path of champions stuff. any info will be apreciated, thanks in advance guys!

I believe the next patch will be the new expansion that drops in February. Afterward, we'll be getting a 2022 roadmap too which is exciting!

Based on the in game calendar the next expansion will drop in February 16, if you are talking about a balance patch, Riot didn't announce any new one yet.

As far as I know no patch was planned this week but I wouldn't call you crazy, misremembering things is not uncommon.
okay no problem, but riot does patchs every 3 weeks right? last patch was 4 or 5 january so i through they would do a patch this week following that logic .
I think the holiday break may have changed the patch cadence this time around. FWIW we'll always have patch notes available as soon as we're allowed to go live with them. There has been a couple of times where we've been a tiny bit late to posting about them. That's always my fault and has been due to there being an overwhelming number of other things going on at the same time - aka my whole life apparently.
This is also a good opportunity for me to post Riot's live balance philosophy, since some players curious about patches may have missed that. It was a really good post they did in the 21.8 patch notes late last year and it's interesting to see how they approach patches just from a balance point of view this year.

thanks flux! love your work on this site, you are amazing! i get it now they must have changed candence for this month since holidays breaks and all i would not
mind if they did one patch a month but i liked having a small one for bugfixes and such maybe some spice stuff too .
