This looks decent, you get a 1/2 and a 3/1 for 3 mana, it's like a middle point between House Spider and Tenor of Terror. If having lots of Fae is important then this guy could be good, he's a 2-mana Fae who generates a 1-mana Fae. 3/5
giving a lord also the ability to summon units from it's tribe at low cost has always been a big deal in mtg and I think in runeterra where board presence is much more key than in mtg this won't be any different.
Something tells me that this used to give +1/1 but they nerfed it after the whole Yordle Explorer fiasco.
