The effect might look broken at first until you realize that this only have 2 power, so your opponent don't have any reason to block it. You can try to buff it's power but with only 3 health this card is very susceptible to removal.
This could be seen as a 2/3 overwhelm who gets 3 quick attack power on attack. That's kinda neat but not really that Impressive.
