This fits in nicely with the quest. If quest druid becomes good, so does this.
Usually this is a 3 mana 1/4, battlecry draw a card. Seems fine.
Gosh dang it, cards bad.
Seems really good for the quest druid, obviously. It's pretty sticky so a lot of times you can drop this on two and still get the draw value.
quest support mostly, if your cards have more value than they should this just gives you more of those cards.
I like the design of this. Good with the quest. "Should i spend all my mana, or draw a card?"

Unpopular Opinion Incarnate
This is one my favorite cards from this set. You can get this off of Vex Crow. It creates a decision point about whether or not to use all your mana. It is a good feeling anytime the game can get around the curvestone label. Cards like this can change the way games play out from the usual ladder experience. Unspent mana should have been in the game a long time ago.
Decision making is very important in any game, and Hearthstone is not the exception. Glad to see a card like this one... A card that is going to make people think more than usual on this game!!! ;) But sadly, an extremely retarded and overpowered card like Hyena Alpha is going to be released at the same time... :(
