Seems kinda nuts. Devolve + Evolve in one card, and both of those were really good. The only issue might be that it's too expensive to be reliable, but hten again....School Teacher exists.

double barrel shaman! I love it. Combining the much hated Devolve and the loathed Evolve into one... totally hilarious
The problem with this card is that it costs 3 mana which means its never realistically going to make those evolve shaman nightmares come back. Muck pools adequately does that job better than this one.
But when it works it'll likely cause a paroxysm of glee, while your opponent gets stroke from bursting blood vessels.
Honestly, if evolve shaman does come back I wouldn't be too surprised to see this nerfed to 4, because I can distinctly see plenty of hate for this card simply because School Teacher teaches this shit.

I hear they are officially changing the class name from Shaman to Fun-Ruiner, which means this gets 5 stars.
Evolve and Devolve in one card for the combined mana cost of both. Main problem I see is that there probably aren't a ton of cases where both are useful at the same time.

Evolve and Devolve in 1 card. Yeah this will be a must-include in SO MANY shaman decks.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Well, everyone already did, but let me also add how broken (D/E)volve in one card is.

I actually sort of agree with ZachO of Vicious Syndicate on this card, putting Evolve and Devolve on the same card actually makes both effects somewhat awkward to use. Revolve at least was 1 mana so it was much easier to combo with a board fill card.

Very versatile and strong, it might see play in all Shaman decks, instead of just Evolve ones.
