Too early to judge on this one, as we don't even know how Location cards work.

This looks really good imo. The ability to pay 1-mana to get 3 free Pings/attack buffs could be incredibly useful.
All depends on the deck it goes into I guess

a lesser Cruel Taskmaster that stays on the board? Sounds like it could be fun. If it can target opponent's minions as well, this is a good early game sniper
The main point of the card is that its a 0 mana ping. Basically for 1 mana you get to do this three times and your opponent can't (for now anyway) interact with it.
I think it's hard to want this unless your minions benefit from it as well, via frenzy effects etc. Because dealing 1 damage is nice and all but it'll likely never win you the game or present a threat to the opponent. And you can't even ping your opponent's minions unless it kills them or they will likely kill you.
But all in all, a nice solid card that can get better.
Seems decent enough to see play because you get to choose when you take one durability from it.
Challenge me ... when you're ready to duel a god!
I can't wait to use this as early removal and to Grommash Hellscream my opponents face for 11 dmg. Seems like a solid card, gets better with more synergies (execute-, enrage-, frenzy-synergies).
The cooldown makes this a lot worse than people think. Knowing you won't have access to it for a turn makes it a lot easier for your opponent to deal with. It's still pretty good, but not mind-blowing. Three stars.
So, they finally came up with something they couldn't just implement as a spell, unlike those objective cards from Alterac Valley. +3 attack for 1 mana that you can distribute how you like seems good, even if it takes up a board space, each attack gain costs the target 1 health, and you can only do +1 a turn. Too bad I don't recall enrage still being a thing.
This seems like a must-include in any Frenzy/Enrage deck. This seems good as long as those decks are good.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
I think Grommash Hellscream just get some friends and we will see some combo like the Captain Galvangar one

I honestly like it more as a 0 mana Ping off something for Warrior than for it's intended effect

The art is awesome, and it's quite cheap, but it's probably my least favorite effect from the new locations. It just doesn't seem all that great.
