  • I can't help by feel that this is practically Dragged Below pre-nerf. So weak it'll never see any real competitive play if it weren't for the fact that its generating you skeletons.

Perhaps having a two 2/2s on board and 4 armor makes it slightly more bearable than 4 mana dragged below, but we'll have to see. That 4 armor was contrived in, Im sure, precisely because team5 is aware that 4 mana 4/4s aren't exactly winning material. Perhaps that is what will make this card more than it looks.

  • It's sufficient enough I'd say, not too powerful. Although, playing this on curve after Nightcloak Sanctum does seem quite nasty.

  • Sounds decent. Mage appreciates life gain and Skeleton Mage looks to be a control deck with a combo finish so this would probably be good.

  • Looks alright. Would probably suck if they were just vanilla 2/2s.

  • taking up a valuable 4 slot.  I'm not sold.  I get that it is intended to help the archetype... but I don't see it being viable outside of the meme deck

  • This seems pretty good for multiple types of mage decks. First of all the Volatile Skeleton deck will obviously include it, but i think some slower/control mage decks will also use it because it's "life gain", which mage often lacks and it summons 2 Volatile Skeleton which fight for board and have that deathrattle that is pretty usefull for dealing with the board. (And sometimes some face dmg.)

Also it's a frost spell, which means it has synergy with the freeze mage stuff from the barrens mini-set.

  • This is a really great defensive spell for mage, one they sorely need. The 2 Volatile Skeletons will definitely be useful coz most of the time, you'd be playing this spell in that dedicated deck. Still a good spell to generate randomly though

  • Adding defense to an archetype that already seems very scary? Four armor, 4 face damage and 4/4 worth of stats? That seems to want 4 stars, so that's what I'll give it.

  • I'm mixed feeling on this one - on one hand, for (4) mana it does a lot of various effect (4 armor, 4/4 board + 4 dmg), but on the other, there is better turn 4 play than this - will it even make the cut?

  • Seems pretty good, might even be good enough to be run in decks that don't go all in on Skeletons.

  • For 4 mana is a very powerful card even on decks that aren't skeleton based.

It's an offensive and deffensive cards at the same time

  • A great tool for both defense and offense. Will probably see play in most Mage decks, even the ones that don't rely on the skeletons as a finisher.
