If the hypothetical dude pally must work it would be because of this card.
But the best thing about this card is that it fills up your hand with two paladin cards, which makes it possible to power up your snobs and gnolls. That alone makes this card viable in my opinion. Forget the dude synergy. If I can play a 5/4 rush gnoll for 1-2 mana on 4, that's real power.
The dudes also help power up infuse cards, which is a neat bonus. All in all, this is a decently good card with a competitive edge.
Paladin's version of Acornbearer with added Silver Hand Paladin synergy. Also makes it less daunting to finish Rise to the Occasion by the card itself being 1/3 of the Questline's completion, and makes you get more benefits from QL reward.
"Truth is in the shadows, waiting to be revealed by the light. But light only disperses the shadow." - Me
"If other people shared traits of those considered naive, the world would've become a better place." - Also me
Solid stuff for handbuffs and Quest.
I wonder how the Kitchen theme is supposed to be connected to dudes though...
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Cannibalism, clearly.
Spice Lord and self-proclaimed Meme Master.
And one of them might be a 4/4. Both I guess if you wait until the first one dies before playing the other.
1 less than Drygulch Jailor but quicker to come out
Oh yeah, Rise to the Occasion exists, the paladin questline that was forgotten. This will 100% see play in dude paladin decks, but if paladin has a bunch of good Infuse card, it might be included in decks that need infuses as well.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
I hope this card will make the quest good. I've played that quest so much in trying meme decks, lets see if this minion helps with the progress
TREMBLE before.... the most legendary dragon that ever existed!
Good one drops are always scary, even more so if they generate more (1) drops.
Is this the return of Dudes'Paly?
Struggle with Heroic Galakrond's Awakening? I got your back :
Ideal stats for a 1-drop deathrattle, and it gives Dude Paladin exactly what it needs, more dudes. I give it 4 stars.
I always wanted to see Rise to the Occasion in meta, becuase I just love the dude mechanic, this card alone it's a potential 3 procs on quest. And I think that using Lady Prestor or Elise Starseeker after completing the quest will make the rest of the deck useful on a later game stage,
The only Paladin deck that I can see not running this is Even Paladin.
Hey, you heard about that Mario guy?
Not too bad, although I'm not sure the Deathrattle can justify the deck slots to play it.
