Oh man I am looking forward to playing with this in Wild. Warrior has a lot of handbuff options available to it in recent sets that this would be a no-brainer for autoinclude in most builds
This could be ridiculous on curve. It's basically Armor Smith but instead of healing you it just scales your threats, that has to count for something.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Its relatively impossible to stop this from buffing two things in hand if played on curve. In fact if there is a board you'll likely end up making an giant out of one card simply by playing this down.
Very dangerous left alive, and almost guaranteed to do something useful. I'd play it in any minion based warrior deck.
Interesting card - some on is gonna make an OTK with this and the other minion that gets charge when damaged :)

It's an OK addition to the self-damage package. You can set up some pretty swingy trade-in scenarios, but not reliably, so I give it 3 stars.
Armorsmith that handbuffs. Armorsmith already saw play in every enrage deck, so i'm betting Anima Extractor will as well. Not only that but maybe it replaces Armorsmith in a lot of enrage decks, and obviously maybe some kind of OTK combo deck gets created in wild using Anima Extractor and Risky Skipper. (And Commanding Shout/Riot! so stuff doesn't die maybe? TBH i dont know how that interaction works)
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
I believe Whirlwind is in Standard currently. This could be pretty nuts with that.

A very powerful combo if you manage to do it with Spammy Arcanist for a handbuff turn
Even though it's only one handbuff minion at a time, I'm suddenly expecting a lot of big minions post-Riot!

Might work with the new Charge minion in hand, a full board, and aoe effects. I can see the potential for some crazy OTKs.
