Sounds like a fairly incredible stalling tool. It's like super-Cariel for one turn and that might be enough to win you the game. Skeleton MAge looks like a stall deck and this is a Frost spell so it fits well into that package. Wouldn't be surprised if this one made it in there.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
At some point team5 would probably silently wish they never printed this bs card.
Its not merely the fact that this stalls a turn for mage, its also the fact that you can discover multiple copies of it. And in wild you can perfectly stall 4 turns without relying on discovers, so at what point does mage ever go down?
Not to mention that this card has barely any counters. The only thing it can't do is stopping token decks and lethal at low hp, but that's besides the point. Mage is just one of those classes that should never be given stalls because they tend to scam wins out of nowhere, and this card just enables these cheeses to happen more often.
Imagine facing this card more than 4 times in a game. I think I'd uninstall hearthstone before I wake up from a haze with social services knocking on my door.
His face will be my exact reaction whenever this card is played.
And I imagine the opponent's face is the cushion.
I eat your fast food spare changes when you sleep.
Control Mage Tier 1.
That's all.
The world will know doom.
Ice Block is back in menu, boys! I hope curselock will be natural counter to this.
What's the most powerful card in Hearthstone?
A credit card.
Great stall tool... combine this with Commander Sivara and you're set to stall
Very strong stalling tool - and you also can run 2 of these and maybe even get copys through discover or the Nage legendary. Very good for Control-ish Decks and also good stall for Big Spell Mage. This card could get annoying pretty fast.
Challenge me ... when you're ready to duel a god!
Well, this will probably save your ass often.
Ideally, you'd want to have ~10 health before your play this spell coz if you're under 10 health, chances are you opponent will still manage to kill you with 1 damage chips, especially DH who has their HP. Definitely a great stall card, but not on the same level an Ice Block though. Certain classes will still manage to destroy you if you cast this spell at the wrong time.
TREMBLE before.... the most legendary dragon that ever existed!
People are going to hate this card so much. As an easy auto-include in every Mage archetype (and a more balanced version of Ice Block), it gets 5 stars.
Seems like a good stall-card. I think this might see play in some decks that want to do some kind of combo. Also this seems like decent questline support.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Don't you just hate how good mages are at stalling the game until they win?
This is horrible and will see lots of plays
Struggle with Heroic Galakrond's Awakening? I got your back :
Probably what pushes Mage back to being the unbearably hard to kill Combo Class again in Wild. Woo...
Hey, you heard about that Mario guy?
I love the art, lore and flavor of this card. He just can't do it because he have to sit all night in the sofa dying of boredom
Great tool to stall out the game. Aggro decks, beware!
