Cards like these are honestly impossible to evaluate because right now, despite its power, it looks completely unplayable.
But it being a shadow spell that resurrects a minion for 3 mana, there's potential here for some sort of shenanigans play. Imagine bringing back some crazy win con like Malygos, or just plain Humongous Owl. Combine this with tamsin and that's 4 owls which technically is an OTK or at very least a board clear.
I can see this being core in the future, certainly.
Hmm this has to have some OTK potential, but i can't really tell what though. Still i think this might be a sleeper card everyone needs to look out for.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
