Amazing "finisher" kinda card. Just flood the board, cast this and watch your opponent being annoyed when removing minions. And if your opponent doesn't want to clear the board because of the deathrattles? Well just Bloodlust them instead. This seems like a good card for aggresive shaman decks, but i do wonder if there is some OTK potential with this card. (Kinda like the Naval Mine OTK in warlock. Probably needs questline in order to do that otk... But i feel like the spell-damage version might be better.)
I like it a lot, but there's currently no way to reliably blow up your own board if I remember correctly, meaning that this isn't so much a finisher but rather just extra burn.
Be honest - you had to look up what Suffusion means - I know I did!
Shaman needs deathrattle triggers or this card is complete trash. If you had a board then surely the correct card to play would be either Bioluminescence or Bloodlust, both of which are not reliant on rng to hit face.
Renathal decks, blood DK and even the tiniest health gain immediately renders this card harmless. Not to mention that just playing board limits face damage. I cant see where this card fits, unless they get something like Feign Death
I feel this card would only really work if all your minions had rush or if they survived last turn and you can run them into a big minion on your opponent's side. Lots of ifs if I'm being honest 😅
I'm hoping Shaman get more support for this Deathrattle archetype and these are not the only synergistic cards for the set. If so, this archetype won't take off.
The only way I see is using 2x Schooling to get 6 Piranha Swarmer, allowing to combo the cards at t9 as a finnisher. But looks akward.
Playing this on a full board and dealing 21 damage randomly among enemies can't possibly not be nice. Only issue I see right now is the damage gets wasted if it hits something with less than 3 health.
