Outcast itself is already pretty much a weak description and here comes a card that can only ever get good if you play a bunch of them. Unless we're looking at plenty of cheap outcast cards (or an outcast generator) being introduced in this expansion we're very unlikely to ever see this being played, because its simply not worth the contrivance over guaranteed stuff like relics.
And the body itself is so weak compared to its conditions. Had this been a 6/6 or a 7/7 it might actually be worth doing.
Edit: Seems like team5 went on to not only print a cheap outcast card they also printed a cheap outcast generator. Fine. 1 extra star for this to get from shit to better shinier shit.
Am I missing something or haven't they printed any new Outcast cards to justify a design like this?
Is this the kind of card that will only shine in a few sets from now, or is this one that will just collect dust into your collection (or get dusted from it)?

Unfortunately there's not enough good outcast cards in Standard atm but I'm sure some more will get reveal this expansion. Bare in mind though, this won't be as easy to discount as lets say Umbral Owl but afaik, you don't necessarily need to activate the outcast condition per card for this minion to get the mana discount.

I'm going to guess they're printing more outcast cards, since you would want to play a lot if you are running this card, and we've only seen two DH cards so far.
Seems okay but I don't think a full outcast build is gonna be that good and without going full outcast this will rarely be discounted to (0) fast enough to matter.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
There are not enough Outcast cards for DH in standard rn, especially considering DH barely got any outcast cards during the previous expansions. That being said, Outcasting cards is pretty easy and i think this will see play a lot once outcast DH gets the support it needs.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Doesn't seem too bad, but not sure if enough Outcast cards will be played to warrrant cheating it out.
Would be a lot better if we still had Illidari studies, but as is not a whole lot of decks hard run Outcast cards, and Outcast DH is looking a little slim on the lethality side.
