Its your main man for the OTK setup.
But outside of the obvious OTK, most arcane spells are expensive enough that this card will almost never be used alongside it. The best I can think of is Arcane Intellect, and that's because you'll likely have the apprentice down to reduce its cost anyway. Otherwise you'd have to reduce the cost of your spells or elementals to make it happen, something you can't (for the time being) do in standard. There's really only Siphon Mana in terms of discounts
The kind of card that can get better because look at it, its a brann for spells. Arcane spells that is.

I think it's time to take that card and officially shoot it dead. "Nerf" it to 4 so Grey Sage Parrot can't copy it, and strip off the Arcane school as well.

Basically Mozaki again. Gather ressources, then go off with damage.
Siphon Mana is still in Standard and the new Arcane spell only costs 1-mana so once you set that up you can just combo this with any spell damage you can find and go off.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
In Standard atm there not really that many arcane spells to abuse this legendary so atm it's just the Arcane Bolt OTK and with the infamous Theotar still prevalent, that combo might not see play. It's still a decent affect and can be utilized in the future when new sets come out.
TREMBLE before.... the most legendary dragon that ever existed!
I'm guessing there will be ways to exploit this. About half the arcane spells don't benefit from being doubled though.
This doubles Arcane Bolt damage, and alongside Magister's Apprentice you only 5x Arcane Bolt in order to OTK someone who is at 30 health. This is honeslty not that much considering you got Arcane Wyrm and Arcsplitter to give you additional Arcane Bolts. I think this will be a playable OTK deck.
Wild: Time Warp is arcane, so you can guarantee the Time Warp. Not sure if it's good enough though, considering you already have Archmage Vargoth in wild which might do the same thing but better.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
OTK spell combos and Mage, name a more iconic duo.
