Its to juice Wretched Exile. Not really worth anything else in standard because the stats is bad and Skull of Gul'dan is no longer here.
The outcast cards currently lacks a finisher, which is why this card can't really do much more than add more outcast cards for exile to get even more outcast cards. Its very likely that even if wretched exile works as well as it looks, this card wouldn't even be a winning card in the deck.
Outside of the dedicated archetype I could see this being played as just itself for extra ressources. COuld be good in Relic Dh if you get it for free from the Relic.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
This won't push the archetype to busted levels at all but good lord that's a some good sweet value in one card, I can see this being played in decks outside Outcast as just a good card.

I can't see that any of the outcast cards are that bad, especially with a 2 mana discount. Well, Vengeful Spirit is useless if you don't have deathrattle minions.
Nice specific card generation and can be combo'd with Brann for extra value and mana cheat. I'm not too sold of the Outcast cards currently in Standard, but this legendary will get better over time when better outcast cards get released.
TREMBLE before.... the most legendary dragon that ever existed!
The only thing I am not a fan of this card for is that its all random, but in most cases, it gives you a couple extra ammunition's you may be able to play on the very same turn, so might be valuable, even if its a gamble, after all.

This seems like a very interesting card. This can be used in some Outcast DH decks, but i dont think the outcast package will be good enough pre-rotation but might have a shot post-rotation. However Felerin, the Forgotten works also as a value option on it's own, which might be good enough in some DH decks.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
A little too random, but a fun card nonetheless. Great art, too!
Decent bit of value, though getting Eyebeams kinda sucks because they'll still cost 1 regardless.
